Mary Ann Rogers Summer Exhibition and getting lost!

Had a lovely day out the other week visiting some rather nice arty places in Northumberland. First stop was to see Mary Ann Rogers summer exhibition.

Mary Ann was lovely and made the best coffee that we enjoyed in her conservatory over looking the beautiful countryside surrounding her home and studio gallery.

 

Then when you think it can't get any better this little character appears...

 

Our next stop was Kirkharle where we had a fabulous lunch and walk around the shops and studios before heading off to the Wallington Hall Gardens, then a beautiful drive home through Northumberland landscapes.



 

Ah yes getting lost...only two wrong turns this time!!
